CTOR Solutions, LLC is a certified WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) providing consulting services and focusing its efforts on helping communities redevelop individual sites, corridors and/or other areas.  


Dr. Sabine Martin, President and owner of CTOR Solutions, LLC is a seasoned environmental professional with over 25 years of experience. She uniquely combines her private sector environmental experience with her years providing brownfield related assistance to communities and tribes in EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Regions 5 and 7 as the EPA funded director of the Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) communities program at Kansas State University, to help communities navigate the path to realizing their redevelopment goals. During her career, Dr. Martin also assisted tribal communities dealing with Superfund sites.
